KIDS-DO-ART! Street Art made by Kids

SPIDERMAN Comics and superheros are also a source of inspiration for many kids and their graffiti works. The graffiti workshop is often connected to the comics workshop, where kids learn how to create, draw, and conceive their own comic.

During the graffiti workshop the children are asked to reflect on self-representation and how they see themselves as graffiti artist. The workshop explores the graffiti art from different point of view, investiganti the meaning and the objectives of graffiti art, as well as experimenting with various techniques, styles, and subjects.

At the beginning of the workshop each kid is asked to choose his or her own "Graffiti artist name or alias" which will appear also in their graffiti work. We also discuss the various reasons why graffiti artists works anonymously.
